Scenario

Brooker Diamond were appointed to undertake the preparation of a Concept Fire Strategy Report for a proposed leisure and accommodation development. The concept design covers 58 individual ‘glamping’ pods.

Solution

Our team of fire engineers undertook a detailed assessment of the proposed design details, conducted a Qualitative Design Review and produced a detailed concept fire strategy to outline the requirements and consideration to be taken forward into the RIBA Stage 4 design.
