Brooker Diamond were appointed to undertake Fire Risk Assessments on existing residential and commercial space at the Old Sheriff Court Building in Glasgow. Following on form an initial investigation for EWS1 Issuance. We have developed a remediation scheme which has been taken forward by developers. We are retained to offer Construction Phase Fire Safety Consultancy and Regular Reviews of Fire Risk Assessment throughout the Construction Phase.

Solution

Our team of qualified fire risk assessors undertook all aspects of site surveys of all non-domestic and domestic accommodation and common parts of the premises.
