Diamond & Co were instructed to provide pre-leasehold consultancy services including inspecting and preparing a detailed Schedule of Condition to be appended to the proposed lease.

Solution

To provide maximum value to our client we also undertook a detailed laser scan to record the configuration and to allow accurate existing drawings to be provided alongside the Schedule.
