Diamond & Co were appointed to undertake a Single Building Assessment on behalf of the factors through The Scottish Government Pilot Scheme (*) This involved a detailed External Survey, Due Diligence, Intrusive Investigations and Reporting.

Solution

The report found areas of non-compliant external wall cladding. Diamond and Co provided Design, Specification and Procurement Solutions to deliver the remediation scheme in accordance with the SBA Report.
