Diamond & Co were appointed to assist in the delivery of a new build retail convenience store. Our team were previously involved in design and securing statutory consents for a store relocation within the town.

Solution

Working with the original site developer and the retail occupier, we assisted in securing statutory consents and assisting in procurement and costing advice. The project is currently progressing to construction stage.
