Diamond & Co were appointed to assist in the delivery of a new build retail convenience store. Our team were previously involved in design and securing statutory consents for a much needed replacement store.

Solution

Having  secured planning consent, the client retained our services to discharge planning, Building Warrant Amendments and fit out requirements. The scheme is currently progressing to build stage.
